My excitement for holidays was passed down to my from my momma and I’m doing my best to pass it on to my lil ladies. As much as I loved holidays when I was little, it’s even more fun now that I have little ladies to celebrate with!
As you know there is a pretty big age gap between my girls Chloe 15, Olivia 10 and Everly 5 months. In years past I have bought the two older girls new swimsuits and other misc things, but they are much pickier about what bathing suites now days so that isn’t gonna work this year. I plan to stuff their baskets with items they both love that are useful and things that I would have probably bought them anyways. Don’t you worry hubby will make sure to include all the candy!
Livi loves books, Chloe is into makeup and Everly is happy with anything. Below is my list of Easter Basket Ideas for each of my lil ladies.
~Easter Basket Ideas From Infant to 15 years old~
For Everly:
- Knee high socks – These adorable socks by Little Stocking Co. are just perfect for dresses in spring time.
- Bows – A girl can never have to many bows. The Cat & Jack line at target is super adorable
- Bath Toys – We love bath time around this house. How cute are these lil animals?!?!
- Book – Books are a must and this one is so sparkly inside, it will be great for years to come.
- Stuffed Animal – Every 1st Easter basket needs a bunny and if you ask Livi, stuffed animals are always a good idea.
For Livi:
- Personalized Pillow Cover – I found this cover at Target isn’t it just darling? Livi loves throw pillows so this is perfect.
- Colored Pencils – Every little artist needs lots and lots of supplies
- Lip Balm – These are all the rave right now and you can not have just one.
- Markers – I had to get these after seeing them on Amazon. Ice Cream scented YUMMY!
- Flip Flops – You can never have to many pairs of flip flops.
- Book – These Usborne books are fantastic, fun and great for learning.
For Chloe:
- Makeup – Yes, we allow Chloe to wear a little mascara and lipstick. Her basket wouldn’t be complete without it.
- Shavers – with summer coming these Schick shavers a must have for any teen girl.
- Body Wash – This Bath and Body Works wash is a must have for our teenager. Trust me not just any body wash will do and they MUST have all the scents.
- Water Bottle – This water bottle from Target is so cute and will fit perfect in a back pack.
- Face Wipes – I love these wipes, they are quick and easy for Chloe to use right before bed.
- Flip Flops – Besides her birks, Chloe lives in these flip flops all summer. Oldnavy has them super cheap and we normally stock up on a handful of colors.
As far as the basket goes I’m not into the whole trendy “Easter baskets” thing or getting a new one every year. I follow tradition and my girls have an old fashioned wicker Easter basket like the one I used as a kiddo. The girls love how colorful they are. The fun part is every Easter eve I hide it somewhere in the house for them to find on Easter morning filled with all their goodies. They also get to use it to Easter egg hunt with out at nana and papas house.
I hope that you guys find these ideas useful and have fun putting together your kiddos baskets !!!
Smile,
Kayla
