In my opinion Father’s Day gives you an opportunity to show gratitude and appreciation to all the great dad’s in your life. On this day I think we can all agree that a basic gift of socks or ties just wont cut the bill. A Fathers Day gift should be thoughtful and special.
Kevin Olayos is quite possibly the hardest person to buy for. I used to pride myself on my unique and thoughtful gift giving. But, this man has given me a run for my money. As his wife I know what he likes;I know what he needs. But those aren’t thoughtful gifts.
What gift correctly displays thanks that a father deserves? What gift is not just your basic Father’s Day gift?
I was introduced to JORD through a friend on Instagram and was intrigued because their watches aren’t like the average. JORD watches are made of WOOD.
From the day I met Kevin his love for unique watches stood out. So when JORD reached out to collaborate I was super excited because although my hubby has about a dozen different watches he doesn’t own a single one of kind wooden watch!
I knew he would be just as excited as me once we looked through the JORD website. They sent us the Walnut and Jet Black watch which hubby instantly fell in love with . It has a gorgeous black face with gold details, the intricate detail around the face and band are probably his favorite part . The black accents give it a modern classic look.
We were both also very impressed by the packaging and presentation. The watch was secure inside its own wooden storage box. And if the storage box is that amazing the actual watch inside must be jaw dropping. As soon as I opened the storage box, I was completely blown away by the detail of the watch. It was so much more than I had imagine. A great fathers day gift indeed!
